I am temporarily halting the upload of past LPS Journals until I can fix an access problem. I hope to have this fixed soon and will give an update when the Journal uploads resume. Thanks for your patience.

If you are reading this then you know that I am doing a little work on the LPS site trying to make it look a little more modern.  I still have quite a bit of work to do but I hope to finish it up in the next week or so.  Please let me know if you have any suggestions or what you think of the new look.
